THQ Nordic has announced its Gamescom 2019 live stream schedule and the frankly ridiculous publisher has a further three games to announced. The last we heard, THQ Nordic had an absurd 78 games in active development, with around half of them yet to be revealed.
There’s a packaged line-up from THQ Nordic, split over five days of streams. A number of well-known upcoming titles are set to be showcased, including Desperados 3, Biomutant, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, Wreckfest and a Destroy All Humans! Cosplay if little green men are your thing.
It’s the new stuff that’s got our sense twitching though. On Tuesday, August 20th, at 2:30pm CEST we’ll be treated to our first reveal, hosted by some special gues. Then, on Wednesday, August 21st, at 12:30pm CEST, THQ Nordic’s first-ever grand strategy game will unveiled. Answers on a postcard to GD Towers if you can think what the heck this could be. Then, rounding out the week on Friday, August 23rd, at 12pm CEST, the third and final unannounced title will be revealed.
Earlier this week, THQ Nordic confirmed there is a new Saints Row game in development at Volition, presumably Saints Row 5, as well as Metro 4 and an unannounced Timesplitters project. Of the three, we’d guess Saints Row 5 is the most obvious to appear at Gamescom. THQ has said it’s deep in development so it’s probably about time we saw our first glimpse.
