EA Sports has released the FIFA 20 across. You can download the demo from your store of choice (Origin on PC) and begin messing around with what’s changed for this year’s outing.
The FIFA 20 demo includes a UEFA Champions League Group Stage game with six playable teams – Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool, PSG, Real Madrid, and The Harry Kane team. There are three stadiums to flex your muscles in as well, comprising Santiago Bernabéu, T*******m Hotspur Stadium, or Stamford Bridge.
Perhaps most exciting though is the inclusion of the EA Sports Volta Football mode. It’s proper street football set in an Amsterdam underpass, where flicks and tricks reign supreme. The demo includes 3v3 Rush (no keepers), while the final game will also throw in 4v4, 4v4 Rush, 5v5 and Professional Futsal.
You’ve basically got unlimited time to play the FIFA 20 but you will be restricted to just the two match types.
FIFA 20 comes to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on September 27th. I still find it kind of frustrating we have to wait until we’re almost two months into the season before we actually get FIFA 20. By then Arsenal have usual done something calamitous and my anticipation for immersing myself in football 24/7 has drained somewhat. Still, there’s all that complexity of factoring in the late transfers and whatnot that necessitates EA Sports waiting until three weeks or so after the transfer windows close around Europe.
