AAA games may be in the rear view mirror now but that’s not to say that December isn’t going to be an exciting month for gamers on all platforms. There are all sorts of smaller goodies inbound, including the prospect of some indie gems, the return of an iconic PC franchise and, of course, we welcome back Halo with open arms.
Here are all of the biggest games launching in December, kicking off with a 4K PC remaster of Halo Reach, the finale of Life is Strange 2, and the return of turn-based tactics legend Julian Gollop with Phoenix Point. Those averse to buying games outside of Steam will also be delighted to finally be able to pick up Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 on Valve’s PC gaming client, while the middle of December is bolstered by the likes of MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries and Wattam, the new game from Katamari Damacy creator .Keita Takahashi
