First WWE 2K20 gameplay trailer revealed by 2K
We’re always might suspicious of any game when they wait until launch day is almost upon us to actually show it. With just over two weeks to go until WWE 2K20 launches, you can consider our eyebrows raised.
But, a trailer is better than no trailer, and 2K Sports has at least seen fit to show us our first in-engine look at WWE 2K20. Calling it a gameplay trailer seems like a little bit of a stretch but we do see a bunch of action from a whole lot of recognisable faces, including the likes of Becky Lynch, Roman Reigns, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, The Rock, The Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, and I’ve exhausted my WWE knowledge now.
I’ve also run out of fingers and toes but I counted the number of dead-eyed stars on offer at well in excess of 26. That clown mask man looks like a nutter though, I’ll give him that. Still, it seems like a long time ago now that the WWE 2K series was a bit of a visual tour de force, now it all feels like it’s stuck in a bit of a rut. Still, wrestling fans don’t really have much of a choice in the matter, there’s hardly a ton of competition out these days.
Unfortunately we’re still waiting on those system specs for WWE 2K20, although we imagine you’ll have to look no further than WWE 2K19 to get a very good idea of what to expect.
WWE 2K20 is out on October 22nd for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
