Empire of Sin Patch Notes – Hotfix Update 1.02.38741
Empire of Sin’s Hotfix Update 1.02.38741 is now live, its patch notes announcing a fix for a particularly nasty save corruption bug.
Hotfix Update 1.02.38741 also addresses an issue with Empire of Sin’s personality modifiers which kept reapplying when games were saved and loaded.
This was unintended and could lead to players getting a rather OP 100% discount when purchasing upgrades.

- Save corruption bug is now fixed
- Free building upgrades bug is now fixed
The teams at Romero Games and Paradox Interactive are “now moving on to work on a patch where we will continue to stabilize the game and improve your all round experience with it,” which is in tune with Game Director Brenda Romero’s recent promises regarding post-launch support.
